Warta Ekonomi, Jakarta - MDI Ventures bersama Cakap, platform pembelajaran upskill berbasis teknologi baru-baru ini telah melakukan kerja sama strategis lewat program Digibiz, sebuah inisiatif Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berupa pelatihan manajemen bisnis pariwisata untuk UMKM di sekitar Kawah Ijen, Banyuwangi.
Program ini menjawab tantangan utama dalam pengembangan bisnis ekowisata di Kawah Ijen. Mulai dari kurangnya promosi, rendahnya kesadaran publik serta keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan pariwisata.
Melalui pertumbuhan jumlah pengunjung Kawah Ijen yang melebihi 50% dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, inisiatif Digibiz hadir untuk memberikan pelatihan dan keterampilan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh UMKM demi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.
Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 100 UMKM di area Banyuwangi, Bondowoso, dan Jember, yang akan menjalani pembekalan intensif selama empat bulan.
Program ini berfokus pada digitalisasi UMKM untuk mengoptimalkan operasional bisnis di desa wisata, mencakup pengelolaan toko souvenir, penyewaan perlengkapan mendaki, hingga restoran atau tempat makan khas yang menonjolkan keunikan lokal.
Inisiatif ini selaras dengan misi besar untuk meningkatkan kompetensi masyarakat lokal dalam efisiensi operasional, strategi pemasaran digital, dan peningkatan pengalaman pelanggan, sekaligus memperkuat kontribusi sektor pariwisata terhadap perekonomian daerah.
Digibiz merupakan kelanjutan dari program yang sebelumnya telah sukses dilakukan oleh MDI Ventures dan Cakap, yakni melalui pemberian pelatihan digital marketing bagi lebih dari 50 pelaku UMKM yang beroperasi di wilayah Yogyakarta dan sekitarnya.
Lewat pelatihan tersebut, tercatat sejumlah 90% partisipan melaporkan adanya peningkatan pendapatan per bulannya setelah mengimplementasikan strategi digital marketing yang diperoleh selama pelatihan.
Selain itu, sebanyak 89% partisipan mengakui bahwa mereka mendapatkan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai penggunaan sosial media, dan konsep digital marketing untuk pengembangan UMKM yang tengah dijalani.
"Kerja sama strategis ini merupakan bentuk nyata dari komitmen MDI Ventures dalam menciptakan dampak positif bersama startup portfolio kami. Melalui inisitif Digibiz, kami berharap dapat memberdayakan UMKM di sekitar Kawah Ijen untuk menghadapi tantangan sekaligus memanfaatkan potensi yang ada untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Kami berharap pelatihan ini tidak hanya membantu UMKM berkembang, tetapi juga menciptakan dampak positif yang berkelanjutan bagi komunitas setempat,” kata CEO MDI Ventures, Donald Wihardja.
Komitmen yang tumbuh dari kerja sama antara MDI dan Cakap diharapkan mampu membuka lebih banyak peluang untuk penciptaan inisiatif berkelanjutan yang akan terus dikembangkan oleh MDI.
Tomy Yunus, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Cakap mengatakan di Cakap mempunyai kekuatan transformasi melalui pendidikan dan teknologi.
Dalam program Digibiz 2024, pihaknya menghadirkan Learning Management System (LMS) serta melibatkan praktisi pengajar berpengalaman untuk menyediakan kurikulum yang dirancang khusus bagi pelaku UMKM di kawasan Kawah Ijen.
"Melalui program ini, kami ingin memastikan bahwa pelaku UMKM tidak hanya mendapatkan pengetahuan, tetapi juga keterampilan praktis yang dapat langsung diterapkan dalam usaha mereka,” tutupnya. 
Kerja sama antara MDI Ventures dan Cakap melalui program Digibiz tidak hanya berfokus di Kawah Ijen.
Dengan potensi besar yang dimiliki UMKM di berbagai wilayah lain, seperti Padang, Tanjung Pinang, dan Toraja, program ini terus mengeksplorasi cara untuk memperluas jangkauan sekaligus memperkuat dampaknya.
Topik-topik pelatihan baru yang relevan dengan sektor pariwisata, kuliner, dan budaya sedang disiapkan untuk menjawab kebutuhan unik para pelaku UMKM.
Inisiatif ini menegaskan komitmen Digibiz dalam memberdayakan UMKM di seluruh Indonesia dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif serta berkelanjutan.

Dengan tema "Bridging Digital Inclusivity & Sustainable Growth through Synergy Collaboration”, Nex-BE Fest 2024 mempertemukan lebih dari 50 startup portofolio MDI Ventures dengan lebih dari 50 perusahaan BUMN dan entitas TelkomGroup untuk dapat saling mengeksplorasi potensi dan kolaborasi bisnis. Diperkirakan, tahun ini acara Nex-BE Fest berperan mendukung kemitraan bisnis antara Startup dan ekosistem BUMN untuk menghasilkan nilai sinergi sebesar Rp4 triliun.

Nex-BE Fest 2024 yang didukung oleh CloudMile, Google Cloud, BTN, dan Telkomsigma, memiliki agenda utama business matchmaking, di mana para peserta startup dapat mempresentasikan solusi digital yang dimiliki guna memenuhi kebutuhan BUMN sekaligus mengeksplorasi potensi kolaborasi yang lebih luas.

Selain itu, pada gelaran Nex-BE Fest 2024 juga terdapat 7 MoU antara startup dan BUMN yang ditandatangani untuk menandai berbagai sinergi baru yang tercipta dalam sektor digitalisasi. Tak lupa, juga terdapat sesi penghargaan bagi startup dan enterprise yang mampu menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan nilai sinergi tertinggi yang berdampak nyata terhadap ekosistem digital nasional.

Semangat kolaborasi nyata di bidang ekonomi digital akan sangat mendukung akselerasi pertumbuhan industri di Indonesia. Sebagaimana pemaparan Wakil Menteri Komunikasi dan Digital Nezar Patria dalam sambutannya, “Dengan kolaborasi strategis antara pemerintah, startup, dan BUMN, kami berupaya memastikan bahwa ekonomi digital tidak hanya menjadi pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, tetapi juga membuka peluang yang merata, mengurangi kesenjangan digital, dan mendekatkan kita pada visi Indonesia Emas 2045.”

Selain sesi business matchmaking, para startup juga turut mengikuti Nex-PERT INSIGHT, sebuah sesi workshop tematik yang menjadi rangkaian Pre-event Nex-BE Fest 2024, dengan menghadirkan sesi-sesi lokakarya dan materi praktis seputar legal, technology, hingga finance yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pembelajaran dan insight kepada portfolio startup sehingga semakin siap untuk bersinergi dan berkolaborasi dengan entitas BUMN.

Peluncuran Impact Report 2024: Empowering Progress for Greater Impact

Penyelenggaraan Nex-BE Fest tahun 2024 menjadi semakin spesial karena Telkom dan MDI Ventures meluncurkan Impact Report 2024 bertajuk "Empowering Progress for Greater Impact". Impact Report tersebut merupakan laporan tahunan yang memaparkan dampak nyata yang dihasilkan oleh startup portofolio MDI di berbagai bidang, mulai dari pendidikan, kesehatan, aquaculture, dan juga fintech, dalam upaya pengurangan emisi karbon pada rantai operasional startup. Beberapa startup yang tercakup dalam Impact Report ini di antaranya adalah Amartha, Julo, Delos, Paxel, SwipeRX, Aruna, Qoala, dan Cermati.

“Kami dengan bangga menandai peluncuran Impact Report 2024: “Empowering Progress for Greater Impact”, terutama karena tema ini menggambarkan komitmen MDI dalam mendorong kemajuan  berkelanjutan melalui inovasi teknologi dan kolaborasi strategis. Peluncuran Impact Report 2024 diharapkan menjadi titik balik penting dalam menunjukkan bagaimana bisnis dan teknologi dapat menjadi kekuatan untuk perubahan positif serta adanya peningkatan pemahaman publik tentang dampak sosial dan lingkungan dari inovasi teknologi,” kata CEO MDI Ventures Donald Wihardja.

Sejak diadakan pertama kalinya di tahun 2019, Nex-BE Fest telah mendukung MDI Ventures untuk terus memfasilitasi dan menumbuhkan nilai sinergi yang terbentuk antara startup dan entitas BUMN sehingga telah mencapai cumulative synergy value sekitar Rp12 triliun ($780 juta).

Jumlah peserta yang ada pada Nex-BE Fest juga turut meningkat sebesar 3,2x lipat, pertemuan bisnis meningkat sebesar 5,4x, dan nilai sinergi yang dihasilkan juga ikut meningkat 2,7x lipat dari awal penyelenggaraannya. Peningkatan antusiasme ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi digital berkelanjutan di Indonesia telah mendapatkan dukungan besar dari berbagai pihak, mulai dari ekosistem BUMN hingga startup digital di Indonesia dari berbagai bidang.
