For more than seven years, Paxel has been connecting people and communities across Indonesia through reliable delivery services. From the very beginning, our purpose has been clear: to “deliver goodness”, not only to our customers, but also to every Paxelian and Hero who carries this mission forward. We believe that by serving with heart, we create a ripple effect that strengthens both our growth and resilience. he year 2024 was a defining chapter for Paxel. While the global “tech winter” brought widespread layoffs and forced many companies into survival mode, it also became a year of purpose, vision and execution for us. The turbulence reminded us that fear can limit, but purpose can empower. Instead of retreating, we leaned into uncertainty and reframed challenges into opportunities. This mindset guided us to focus on three key priorities: ensuring financial resilience with sustainability at the core, empowering our people and communities, and advancing technology to make logistics more accessible.
