Komang Budi Aryasa currently serves as the EVP Digital Business & Technology at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. and With over 12 years of experience in the technology and digital business industry, Komang has known as an influential leader driving digital transformation at Telkom in various innovative projects. 

He successfully established Telkom Multimedia in Batam, initiated Telkom's foray into digital music (NUON), spearheaded the Telkom Group’s OTT TV system (known as USeeTV), and led the Satu Data Indonesia project to accelerate the COVID-19 vaccination program during the last pandemic.

Holding Master's degree in Engineering from RMIT University in Sydney, Australia and a Doctorate from the University of Indonesia, Komang has been a technical expertise, visionary leadership, and a clear strategic vision, that continuously to be a key driving force in the field of digital transformations.

In addition to his role, He is now appointed as President Commissioner of MDI since 2023.


Komang Budi Aryasa

Currently work as Director of Digital Business at Telkom. Previously worked as Co-founder and President at Bukalapak.com, one of the biggest Indonesian e-commerce platforms that want to provide fair economy for everyone through technology. Have worked as Boston Consulting Group (BCG) consultant with wide experience across major industries including public services, financial service, IT, automotive, retail, and FMCG. Supported by strong analytical skills from IT and mathematics background from one of the best undergraduate institutions in Indonesia.

Specialties include startup entrepreneurship, digital economy, e-commerce and related industries (payments, logistics, etc.), product management, management consulting, business strategy and analysis, business process, financial modeling and analysis, project management. 

He is appointed as MDI's Board of Commissioner since 2023 and prior to that, he served as President Commissioner of MDI since 2020.


Fajrin Rasyid

Board of Director

Donald is the CEO of MDI Ventures, Telkom's Corporate VC, focused on generating capital gains from tech investments while connecting startup innovations with opportunities in Indonesia's SOE ecosystem. Donald is also the Vice Chairman of Amvesindo, Indonesia‘s Venture Capital Association, and Board Member of the Nexticorn Foundation to promote tech startups of Indonesia to global venture capitals. 

Prior to MDI, Donald was a Partner at Convergence Ventures (now AC Ventures) and was CTO at Principia Management Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Cornell University.


Donald Wihardja

Roby has experience in capital raising (finding the most-effective source of capital), debt valuation for refinancing & restructuring, and optimizing capital structure. As the CFO & Shared Service of MDI Ventures of MDI Ventures, he is responsible for ensuring that all company activities, including finance, human capital, corporate secretary, and portfolio valuation align with the company's objectives. Before joining MDI Ventures, Roby was a Director of Corporate Finance & Shared Service at PT Multimedia Nusantara (TelkomMetra) since October 2016. He also served as Commissioner at TelkomMetra (2016), Secretary of Pension Fund Supervisory Board of Telkom (2010-2013).

He acquired Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Telkom in 1996 and Magister Degree in Finance from Telkom University Bandung in 2017. In 2009 he received the Professional Certification of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and was entrusted as a grader for CFA Exam Level-3.


Roby Roediyanto

Business Development

Alvin Evander joined MDI Ventures in 2017 as a Strategic Synergy, which the main role is to do ‘match-making’ between MDI’s Portfolios with Telkom group subsidiaries. Prior to MDI Ventures, Alvin spent 4 years as an Entrepreneur and Corporate professionals. 

Currently leading Corporate Development and Accelerator team at MDI Ventures. Building strategic partnership between MDI's portfolios with Telkom Group and State-owned enterprise. And also leading the early-stage investment through Indigo incubator & accelerator program.

Alvin Evander 

Vitri currently holds the position of VP of Synergy, which responsible for managing synergy between MDI’s Portfolios with Telkom group subsidiaries and creating a new business opportunity for both party, as business consultant build good relationship to find the needs of both parties, also manage strategic synergy event & collaboration between MDI’s Portfolio with Telkomgroup. 

Prior to this, she was the GM DC & Cloud Business Development at a Telkom subsidiaries, she had a deep understanding and experience of  Cloud Business. Since starting her career in 2002, her past experiences have provided her with expert knowledge in the field of business competitiveness,  and in depth knowledge on Telkom Indonesia’s portfolio of products and services.

Vitri Zulianti

Anas joined MDI Ventures in 2020 as Head of Synergy. Currently holds the position GM of SOE Synergy, which responsible for exploring and leading the collaboration between MDI's Portfolios with SOE. Together with synergy team as business consultant for both MDI's portfolios and SOE to create synergy opportunity and manage strategic partnership so that create value added for the company and support Indonesian digital ecosystem building.

Anas Fauzi

Frans is in charge of managing accelerator programs initiated by MDI Ventures, such as Indigo (Telkom's accelerator) and HUB.ID (Kominfo's accelerator). He is responsible in doing deal sourcing, leading curation and due diligence, set up mentoring activities and the day-to-day operation. Frans holds a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Management from Universitas Indonesia.

Frans Hasiholan

Gilang has been an experienced strategic alliance builder driving open innovation between startup and ICT-based companies and has produced nationwide projects since 2016. He joined MDI in 2021, and his primary role is to build the startup ecosystem through collaboration with various stakeholders from the government, universities, venture capitals, accelerators, and incubators. He is also responsible for crafting synergies between the startup and the Telkom Group and helping other SoEs through advisory projects. 

Gilang holds a postgraduate degree from The University of Warwick, majoring in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He is passionate about innovation research and enjoys outdoor activities in his free time. 

Muchammad Gilang Pramuwidyatama

Azalia Kapahese is in charge of managing enterprise risk management and also mediating divestment and acquisition transactions between Telkom Group and portfolios managed by MDI. Prior to MDI Ventures, she worked as M&A manager focusing on joint venture, acquisition and divestment at TelkomMetra (a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia). Azalia holds a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Corporate Finance from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.

Azalia Kapahese

Asifa is in charge of handling MDI Ventures external projects & consultation services.
Prior to MDI Ventures, Asifa worked at Astra Sedaya Finance as Underwriting Analyst,
performing analysis to monitor and maintaining portfolio risk. Asifa holds a Bachelor’s
Degree majoring in Marketing Management from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.

Asifa Talitha

Laras is in charge of managing the synergy between MDI Ventures startup portfolios and Telkom Group subsidiaries to create a new business opportunities that may impact both parties. Prior to MDI Ventures, she worked at Telkomsigma as Cloud Business Development focusing on exploring business partnership opportunities with third parties.

Laras Silvia

Akbar joined MDI Ventures in 2021. He is currently managing Enterprise Risk Management  with having Certified Risk Management Professional ( CRMP ). He has 10 years experience in various fields ( Project Management, Account Management, Business Development ) which help him to analyze risk in various fields. And he holds Master's Degree majoring Marketing from PPM School of Management.

Akbar is a former Basketball MVP in " Liga Basket Operator 2013". In his spare time, Akbar enjoys working out at the gym, playing Football Manager and discovering new places around Jakarta.

Ryan Harry Akbar

Ikhsan joined MDI Ventures in 2023 and has responsibility managing strategic synergy projects between MDI's Portfolios and Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise (SOE). Prior to joining MDI Ventures, he worked at giant e-commerce company for almost 5 years and specialized in Business Development & Marketing sector.

Prananda Ikhsan

Finance & HR

Edwin Yonathan first started his career in 2007 in one of the biggest public accounting firms, Deloitte Indonesia, specializing in the banking sector. In 2009, he made his way to be a Strategic Alliance Specialist at TelkomMetra (a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia) where he spent 6 years of his time. 

With his expertise in finance and business management, he is trusted to be  the General Manager of Shared Services, and assigned to control all cash outflow and inflow for MDI Ventures, as well as budget and administration support controlling, human resource management, tax, finance, and management accounting reporting.

Edwin Yonathan

Linda is a Human Capital specialist with a combined 11 years of experience. She is in charge of managing MDI Ventures’ training and development, career management, employee engagement activities, and Corporate Culture. Prior to MDI Ventures, Linda worked at Metra Holding as Manager Human Capital Planning & Development.

Linda Darnel

Herdiany is the one you seek when you have some question about company benefits such as salary and compensation. She is also the one who is resposible for recruiting most of the employees in MDI for the last couple of years. From a little Capital Ventures with less people and now has more employees than before. Joining MDI from 2019 in human resources department, she handled and managed all of human capital line of work, now she is entrusted to become Manager of Human Capital Service of MDI Ventures, managing compensation & benefit, employees recruitment and organizational structure.

Herdiany Agustine

Nadya joined MDI Ventures in 2019. She is responsible and oversees areas relating to financial reporting, implement accounting principles, practices and procedures, to ensure accurate and timely financial statement reporting under Telkom Group. Prior to MDI Ventures, she worked as Sr. Accounting at Gojek Indonesia. Nadya holds a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Accounting from Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Nadya Novita Sari

Joining MDI Ventures since 2020 as Finance & Budget Officer with extensive knowledge of accounting principles, taxation policies & procedures. Specializing in interpreting, implementing financial concepts for financial planning, forecasting, modelling & internal controls. She prepares specific financial reports for MDI's parent and/or holding company. She also in charge for financial process in eMerge Angel Network, Arise Fund & Centauri Fund.

She has 4 years experiences in tax statutory & 2 years in finance budget. Prior joining MDI, she was a Tax Assistant Manager at a Telkom Subsidiary. Frences holds a bachelor's degree majoring Fiscal in Universitas Indonesia with certification of Tax Brevet A B.

Frences Syulet

Investment

Kenneth is the Managing Partner of MDI VC Singapore, and he is responsible for MDI Ventures Global Expansion and Fund Initiatives. He is one of the founding members of MDI ventures and has been with the firm since the day of its inception. His experience also includes time at Deloitte and Systec VC, one of the earliest VC/venture builders in Indonesia. Subsequently, he also manages several private funds throughout his career. There are currently two funds that actively operate under his management. 

His investment follows the belief in a mix between value investing and sustainable growth fueled by venture investment. Throughout his career with MDI, his investment choice has contributed four out of seven exits for MDI. The sector of choice includes fintech, logistics, SaaS, and consumer tech. His next focus is to bring MDI Ventures as a globally respectable venture firm. He believes the combination of the VC model with a corporate-backed ecosystem should be one of the vital determinants of success for MDI ventures.

Kenneth Li

Aldi is the Partner at Arise, an early-stage VC fund in partnership with Telkom Indonesia-backed MDI Ventures and Bank BCA-backed Finch Capital. Arise focuses on enabling the next generation of startup founders to scale up and build a real business with interesting tech in Southeast Asia.

He is also the Vice President of Investments at MDI Ventures, an $830 Million AUM Global Multi-Fund VC Firm investing in local founders. Aldi is leading the overall global investment activities to focus on seed-to-growth equity stage startups across 5 Funds and 3 Offices (ID, SG, USA) with portfolios that represent 12+ Countries including 3 Unicorns (Nium, FinAccel, and MPL) and leading Centaurs such as PayFazz (YC S17), aCommerce, SiCepat, ObserveIT (Exited to Proofpoint), Wavecell (Exited to 8x8), RDP (Exited to PayU Naspers), Whispir (IPO at ASX), and Geniee (IPO at TSE).

Prior to MDI Ventures, he was in charge of setting up, leading, executing, and managing investments of a Silicon Valley based Venture Capital firm in the SEA region and #1 Fintech focused VC arm of Indonesia largest Corporate Lender with top SEA portfolio which includes Alodokter, Investree, Koinworks, Amartha, Bridestory (Exited to Tokopedia), Moka (Exited to Gojek), Urbanindo (Exited to 99.co) Jurnal (Exited to Mekari), Talenta (Exited to Mekari), and Cashlez (IPO at IDX).

Recently, Aldi was awarded as the only GCV Powerlist Top 100 from SEA region among other top global CVCs such as Softbank, Intel Capital, GV, M12, Naspers, Tencent Investment, and Alibaba Innovation Ventures.

Aldi Adrian Hartanto

Shannon is a partner at Centauri Fund and joined MDI in August 2019. She brings earlier experience from both VCs and CVCs. Shannon joined MDI from CapitaLand’s CVC, C31 Ventures, where she made strategic investments into start-ups, and was eventually promoted to the lead. Prior to C31, Shannon was also a founding member at Openspace Ventures (formerly NSI Ventures) and spent time at IMJ Investment Partners.

She graduated from the National University of Singapore, majoring in Accountancy and Liberal Arts (part of the University Scholars Program). She was also part of the NUS Overseas College program, where she also spent time working for an angel group in the US doing tech investments, while concurrently studying entrepreneurship at the University of Pennsylvania on scholarship.

Shannon Lee

Hans has collaborated with MDI in the development of the Arise Fund, and has managed 5 funds with seed and early stage investments in Europe and Southeast Asia.

With his experience managing funds and investing in the same stages and sectors as those targeted for Ascent, Hans will be able to help ensure fund operations and portfolio management are in line with the targets set.

Hans De Back

Winston is the VP of Portfolio Management in MDI Ventures and leads investment operations, portfolio strategy, valuations, and divestment initiatives. Since 2015, he is in charge of leading due diligence of business models, commercial, financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis.

His contribution to investments as Head of Investment has made the fund perform above industry standards, securing notable deals such as Payfazz, Finaccel, Nium, and has allowed the fund to coin valuable exit deals and provide a sizeable net contribution to Telkom Group.

Prior to joining the investment team, Winston has also served as an Investment Analyst in Indigo Creative Nation, Telkom Group’s incubator and accelerator program. He has contributed to capturing a 40% follow-on-funding rate—a record-breaking rate for any Southeast Asian incubator program during the period.

Winston holds a bachelor degree in Economics from Pelita Harapan University and holds valuation certification from PPM School of Management.

Winston Joshua Adi

Rejoined MDI Ventures in 2020, Aditya Hadiputra (Haput) is an original team member since 2016 and currently the Principal that oversee investment activities and portfolio management in MDI main fund (MDI100 and MDI500). He also supports MDI thought leadership activities, previously co-written Bits x Brick, one of MDI published whitepaper and corporate innovation agendas with other stakeholders that goes beyond Telkom Group.

Prior to Principal, he was the Head of Synergy (2018) at MDI100, our original 2016 vintage fund, where he spearheaded synergy projects and organized MDI Portfolio Day, which eventually becomes annual and now quarterly event, Nex-BE, a strategic synergy event between MDI portfolios and BUMN ecosystem. Before that, he was an Investment Associate that handles investment activities in 2016-2017.

He holds Finance major through his Bachelor of Management Degree (SBM-ITB) and MBA Degree (Imperial College London).

Aditya Hadiputra

Prior to joining MDI Ventures in 2020, Faizil worked in M&A and Corporate Finance advisory at KPMG Indonesia covering various sectors, including manufacturing, hospitality, financial institution, FMCG, among many others. Currently, he mainly involve in growth investments and portfolio management in MDI main fund (MDI100 and MDI500).

Faizil hold bachelor of management degree from Bandung Institute of Technology and a MSc degree from Imperial College London.

Faizil Ikram

Arindra is a Principal at MDI Ventures, actively involved in identifying, evaluating, and overseeing investment opportunities. 

With over a decade of expertise in management consulting, investment, and M&A advisory, Arindra brings a wealth of strategic insight to his role. Previously, as a Consultant at Bain & Company, he collaborated with clients across the Asia Pacific region, formulating business strategies and driving agile implementations that produced tangible results. Meanwhile, his tenure at Saratoga Investama's Investment team was marked by his key role in closing investments in multiple companies including CityVision, Aneka Gas and Mitra Pinasthika Mustika. Furthermore, during his tenure with the M&A Advisory team at PwC, Arindra played a pivotal role in numerous projects encompassing business/share valuation and commercial / financial due diligence, contributing the success of 25+ projects.

Arindra holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Southern California.

Arindra Prakasa

At MDI Ventures, Sarah is in charge for the MDI Ventures Fundraising and investor relations activities. She is also leading eMerge, MDI angel investor network.

Prior to MDI Ventures, she was a head of business development of one of Indonesia's largest conglomerates, Kalla Group. She also spent some years at PriceWaterhouse Coopers Advisory in corporate valuation and strategy where she led investment, divestment, and restructuring projects for Astra, Indosat, Titan Mining, Bridgestone, Pupuk Indonesia and Pertamina.

She earned masters' degree from The London School of Economics and double bachelor’s degree from the University of Amsterdam and University of Indonesia in finance and economics with merit scholarship.

Sarah Usman

Kyle Kling sources seed and series A startups for MDI within the United States. Prior to MDI, Kyle Kling was the Vice President of Business Development for a Silicon Valley based venture capital firm. He has invested and supported more than 30 startups globally, built 4 international offices, and assist in raising 9 funds. He worked alongside entrepreneurs in product development, enterprise partnership, M&A exit, and entering international markets.

Kyle Kling

Joining MDI Ventures in 2016, Gani is one of our earliest team members and is currently the Head of Investments at the Centauri Fund (Co-GP fund by MDI Ventures and KB Investments) where his primary role is to over see investment activities within the fund, portfolio management and deployment strategies. Although his main role is within the Centauri Fund he still supports corporate activities between MDI Ventures, Telkom Group and other stakeholders.

Prioir to his position at the Centauri Fund, Gani was an Investment Associate at MDI Ventures and an Investment Analyst at the Indigo Incubator & Accelerator program where he managed investment activities, portfolio support, fundraising support and strategic initiatives such as activation events and advisory between our corporate partners.

Gani Putra Lie

Reza joined MDI Ventures' investment team in 2021 with a background in Private Equity and M&A. Prior to joining MDI Ventures, Reza was a Senior Investment Analyst at Principia Management Group, an investment firm specializing in private investments in Southeast Asia, covering multiple sectors including consumer products and real estate. Reza mainly involves in growth investments in the MDI main funds. 

He holds Master in Finance degree from ESSEC Business School and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (International Relations major) from Universitas Indonesia.

Reza Andhika

Song is an investment professional at MDI Ventures, having joined in July 2022. Prior to joining MDI, Song had 3 years of dedicated Venture Cpaital experience at a firm where he handled the roles of finance, compliance and investment with finesse. 

Song graduated with a Bachelors in Social Science (Psychology) from the Singapore Management University.

Song Yang Ho

Jafar joined MDI Ventures with background in equity and consulting research. Prior to joining MDI he worked for RHB Group and Boston Consulting Group in which he covered mainly banking, fintech, financial institution, commodities, consumer retail, and TMT sector. In MDI, he is mainly focused on growth investments with specialties in healthcare and fintech investments.

Jafar graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia with a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management. As a student he waas active with multiple student activities including Jazz Goes To Campus, one of the oldest Jazz Festival in Indonesia. He was also part of the Origin Business Club, which is a business incubation program managed by the Management Student Society.

Jafar	Saifuddin

Ghibran joined as a portfolio officer at MDI Ventures in 2022 and has a background in International Business, having graduated from Arnhem Business School. He is responsible for managing and monitoring related to portfolio transactions; analyzing data from the portfolio, market, and industry to help formulate investment strategy for the team and provide insights. He was an investment analyst for a CVC firm that focuses on MSMEs prior to joining MDI Ventures.

Ghibran Ilmanto Wahyono

Otniel is in charge of doing deal sourcing and due diligence for Indigo and also developing IndigoConnect, Telkom Indonesia’s tech community platform. Prior to MDI Ventures, Otniel worked as a Product Manager in C88 Group, a fintech startup, focusing on building a platform for financial inclusivity. Otniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Management from Universitas Indonesia.

Otniel Krisnanda Wardoyo

Key Team

Since starting his career in 2008 at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia in 2008, he has accumulated a lot of experiences by working for several positions such as Construction Supervision, Project Management, Operational Expenditure (OPEX) Procurement, Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Procurement, and Legal & Compliance. For those positions, he's in charge for handling legal drafting for contracts for various scale and type of projects such as Submarine Cable Optic, Wi-Fi Installation, Out Side Plant Fiber Optik (OSP-FO), Transponder of Satellite, consultant service, amendments, purchase order, and many more.

Aditia joined MDI Ventures in 2015 as the Head of Legal & Partnership and he's entrusted to provide legal support that includes contract finalization with startup companies.

Aditia Henri Narendra

Before joining MDI in 2022, Dhendy has more than 10 years experience as a Business Performance and Industry Analyst, and also 2 years as a Corporate Secretary at Telkom Indonesia.  

As VP of Corporate Office, he is responsible for managing a team consist of Corporate Communication, General Affair, Procurement, Cyber Security and Digital Product.

Dhendy Hamdani

Annisaa joined MDI Ventures in early 2017, she has 8+ years experience as Legal Specialist in the fields of general corporate law, M&A, Startup and Fund Formation. During her time in MDI, Annisaa has assisted numberous MDI's investments and structuring multiple funds  in Singapore. She also provides legal advice to MDI's portfolio companies. 

Annisaa graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2015 and passed Advocate Profession Special Course, Capital Market Legal Consultant Course in 2016-2017.

Muthia has 6 years of experience focused in corporate law, civil law, and notarial law. Joining MDI Ventures in 2017, she has been in charged in general corporate matters, procurement, labour or industrial relations, Indigo incubator & accelerator program, and Internal Audit.

Muthia holds a Bachelor of Law degree (S.H) from Universitas Padjadjaran and Master of Notarial Law (M.Kn) from Universitas Indonesia.

Muthia Hanifah

Michael is a talented and licensed Indonesian attorney with over 6 years of experience, named as ALB Rising Star Indonesia 2023 and SE Asia In-House Lawyer of the Year 2023 Finalist by the Asian Legal Business Thomson Reuters.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Law degree with Cum Laude from Universitas Indonesia (UI). Afterwards, Michael was awarded the Indonesian Endowment Fund For Education (LPDP) Scholarship by the Indonesian Ministry of Finance to pursue his Master of Laws degree at The University of Melbourne, Australia; Top 10 Law School worldwide. Michael also accomplished his master's degree with Cum Laude under the U.S. grading system.

Previously, Michael have worked at a leading bank-backed VC and two prominent boutique & international law firms. He has experience in Investments, Cross-border transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, TMT, Real Property, Energy, Banking & Finance, and General Corporate matters. Michael has obtained the Investment Manager Representative (WMI) license from the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK), Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO), Qualified Risk Management Officer (QRMO) and passed Foundation I of Capital Market Lawyer License.

Michael Widyaputra

Irfan Sarvi first started his career in 2017 at one of the biggest public accounting firms, PwC Indonesia. He have gained experience not only from audit services but also in non-audit services. Irfan used to be dealing with clients with the status of SOE and multinational companies in the construction, transportation, manufacturing, health, forwarding and heavy equipment sectors. Having about 5.5 years experience gives Irfan sufficient ability to adapt well and awareness of a new set of reporting and ethical standards introduced by global standard setters and local regulators. 

Joining MDI Ventures since 2023 as Internal Audit Manager, Irfan is responsible for carrying out independent and objective Assurance Services and Consulting Services activities designed to add value and improve the Company's operations. He acquired Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.

Irfan Sarvi

With combine experience more than 10 years in Secretarial and General Affair Reski in joining MDI Ventures in 2016 in General Affair division as Secretary and supporting Human Resources. And since 2021 she is  in charge in general affair and procument  wich responsible for every operational activity within a company.

Reski Safitri

Harry is a highly skilled corporate communications professional with over 10 years of expertise in creative design, UI/UX, branding, and PR. He has a strong track record of successfully developing and implementing effective communication strategies.

Since joining MDI in 2016, Harry has been responsible for managing the company's corporate communication and IT needs to consistently shape company branding and activity. He holds a bachelor of arts in visual communication design major from Binus University.

Harry Muksit

Andyka is an experienced legal specialist, with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry mainly general corporate law, civil law, and equity investment. Joining MDI in 2020, he has since in charged in Arise Fund as well as legal partnership in eMerge Angel Network. 

Prior joining MDI, Andyka was a lawyer in one of the top Indonesian law firm. Andyka holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada and is a PERADI (Indonesian bar associate) licensed advocate.

Marieta is in charge in legal partnership and investment of MDI Ventures since 2021. Prior joining MDI Ventures, Marieta worked as Junior Associate  in one of the top Indonesian Law Firm based in Jakarta in the field of litigation and commercial dispute resolution. Marieta completed Special Education Advocate Profession (PKPA) and passed the Indonesian Bar Exam in 2020. Marieta obtained law degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Vanya, who joined MDI Ventures in 2022 with more than 6 years of experience, is in charge in legal partnership and investment of MDI Ventures. Prior to joining MDI Ventures, she was employed at a prominent international law firm, where she worked on M&A, banking & finance, foreign direct investment, real estate, plantation, and general corporate. 

Vanya graduated from Universitas Indonesia in 2016, majoring in administrative and environmental law. Vanya passed Advocate Profession Special Course and Indonesian Bar Exam, which held by PERADI in 2019.

With his skills and experience, he is well-positioned to drive success and growth for MDI Ventures in his new role as GA and Procurement Officer.

Anggita is in charge as a Secretary to BoD of MDI Ventures since February 2023. Anggita has 8 years of experience as an Executive Secretary with a demonstrated history of working in the law practices industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Office Administration, Communication, Time Management, Filing, and Microsoft Office.

Damara Ryandi is an experienced corporate public relations, with a track record of over 5 years, primarily within the dynamic ICT industry. Graduating from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2017 where he majored in Public Relations, Damara's academic excellence forms a solid foundation for his career achievements. He brings to the table a diverse skill set encompassing external public relations, media relations, digital PR, crisis communication, and strategic public relations. As an avid enthusiast of digital marketing and social media, he keeps a keen eye on the latest trends and advancements in technology, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovative and impactful public relations strategies.

Throughout his career, Damara Ryandi has showcased an innate ability to excel in external public relations, skillfully managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and the media to cultivate a positive brand image. He is also known capable in crafting a PR campaign to heightened brand visibility and resulting extensive media coverage. Since March 2023, Damara has joined MDI in the corporate communication PR team.

Have background in IT more than 14 years, dedicating to safeguarding digital & physical assets and defending against cyber threat since 2019 as an IT Cyber Security professional. With a passion for information security and solid foundation in the field, Jandika have successfully implemented robust security measures to protect organization from potential Cyber-Attacks.

Jandika's expertise lies in conducting thorough vulnerability assessment from network until user devices, identifying security gaps, and effectively giving input to company about security policies and procedures to mitigate cyber risks. Well-versed in configuring and managing network firewalls to ensure the utmost protection of sensitive data. Seamlessly create recurring & continuously backup whole company data into Disaster Recovery Center (DRC).

Eager to leverage his expertise in assisting organizations in enhancing their security posture and promoting a cyber-resilient environment by staying abreast of the latest security trends and best practices to offer comprehensive solutions that align with industry standards.
