First Indonesia Startup in Silicon Valley: Payfazz

Since we’ve first started our journey in 2016, we’re committed to empower Indonesia’s startup ecosystem. Our philosophy is “more scale-ups, not start-ups” when it comes to growing home talents. Thus, when we set up Silicon Valley - Indonesia connection, we realized that it has to be a ‘dual-track’ (so to speak). While we bring the best of the world’s innovation into our backyard, we send the best of ours to join the global startup community.

Earlier this year, Payfazz, one of our seed companies, joined the world’s best startup incubator program, Silicon Valley based Y Combinator.

Y Combinator has been dubbed by Fortune Magazine as “a spawning ground for emerging tech giants”; “the world’s most powerful startup incubator” by Fast Company Magazine.

Payfazz is now joining the prestigious alumni of Y Combinator, among them are Airbnb, Dropbox, Zenefits, Twitch, Reddit, Instacart, and Stripe, as one of the strongest fintech newcomers from Southeast Asia.
